Return & Refund Policy
At WEEO, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility for Returns
Item must be unused and in original condition.
Product must be returned with original packaging and tags.
Items damaged due to misuse are not eligible for return.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within a few business days through your original payment method.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges only in case of size issues or if the product received is defective.
